With ukraine IMHO as I had posted in autumn 2022 th such scenario: part of Ukr will control russia and west will be in reality statisfied because then their taxpayers and voters at least will not have to pay for reconstruction in these areas.
Who from oligarchs will control mining imdustry in dumbass for west doesn't make big sense at all.
Some part of Ukraine will be buffer and will have to live in debts and dreams.....
Ofc ukrainian dreamers and russian dreamers might claim about proxy wars and their demogogic boring dreams.
West doesn't gave sense and for them it is po fig about ukr. For them more interesting will be to spend lesser.
Ofc sometimes when russian friends are barking too much or they are getting more refugees....then politicians should do something and therefore supplying something a bit. Ofc official talks are proper diplomatic phrases as usually.

There actually IMHO Ukr doesn't have clue about expectations. Ofc EC lowered fiscal standards after Italy and Greece had problems since autumn 2008 th. Maybe cos they before this had managed to introduce EUR ....
Earlier just some " reccomendations " were to maintain Central Government's yearly budget deficite not higher than 2% of GDP, while reccomended was to have yearly budget with proficite if possible.
Initially Maastricht criteria was also that country will not have total central government debt more than 40% of GDP, will do all the best in order to maintain financial stability and increase savings....
While here I should tell that debts warranted by State Treasury are not private debts.
Countries in general does have 4 kinds of debts : private, companies, municipalities and loans deals warranted by State Tresury...
Municipalities in not rare cases might easily get loans if are offering as warrant mortgage property owned by municipality...
In debts as...is valued also in what currency debts are denominated.... and clauses.
Debts denminated if foreign currency are considered as worse than if in local currency because CB if very big shit might for example start to print. With foreign currency they can't...

Putin is thinking that special operation is going as had been planned...he still does have money and looks that ukr are just wasting time to report numbers of russian troops KIA cases. Real or no, for Putin doesn't makes sense will die 0 or 2000 per 1 day....money to hire guys he still does have.

I'm curious if this i real or not. Seems kind of odd for this guy to be assaulting a position alone? I didn't watch the whole thing, seen enough stuff like this but just seemed really weird when he did a kind of 360 and there was no one else with him.
Usually even police doesn't use patrols with just 1 guy.

Transistria is fucked....Gazprom wants money from them, Ukr doesn't wants to continue this game. Pressure in pipelines is slowly dropping....
Moldova ofc will get problems however most likely EC will negotiate with Romania to increase supplies for Moldova.
Separatists in Transistria are different thing: they 32 years almost always had get for free...Now game had ended ....if Putin will gave them money then they somewhere might purchase fuel somewhere.

Should be interesting to see what happens to "separatists" in Moldova....maybe go home.
Hopefully our woke PM will be pushed out as even his own party wants him out now. our net PM has already talked about supplying EU with oil and Natural gas to help offset
