According to some sources like ISW and South Korean officials ( easily to Google up ) it is suspected that North Korea might already had supplied 4-4,5 -5 millions of artillery shells.
Russia does have a lot of 122 mm and 152 mm arty, also 203 mm arty AND 130 mm arty. While 130 mm arty shells they didn't had produced during last decades...while North Korea had and is continuing to produce these.

It is estimated that North Korea had supplied 122mm, 152 mm and 130 mm shells for rifled arty and ....besides thes numbers ...also 120 mm mortars ammo...
additionally they might had supplied a lot of just explosives in order to help boost up russian MIC production capacity faster....

North Korea ofc does have interest in missiles and sattelites technology and drones...huge interest.

There is threat that Iranian drones technologies via Belaurs or Russia might in future get transfered to North Korea ......

Well to compare Baltics ( assumed that they are poor village like Moldova, sorry for reality ) with Moldova, no one with a bit of brains in Baltics does trust any promises...they already had experience and most likely had prepared long ago. Unlike when Moldova had assumed that 1 % of GDP for defense is enough.

Also most likely no one with a bit of brains does trust any papers signed.

Therefore Baltics aren't like Baltics in 1939-1941 and no one will listen Radio free europe or other bs.
