Yes because in this real war epizode he needs mandatory physically annex Kherson, Zaporoiza, Luhansk and Donetsk oblastjs by 100% ....because he had annexed them on paper and should save face in front of Russian nationalists and imperialists. Chauvinists will also to force Putin's administration to achieve goal that Ukraine recognize these oblastjs and Crimea as part of Russia...in order to get some sanctions lifted businessmans too needs that Ukraine will recognize these occupied oblastjs as part of Russian federation ....cos then this will be tool in negotiations vs West to lift some sanctions.

While about Ukraine propaganda is that they are not nation, their statehood is fake and their language is artifical creation. Ofc also that Kremlin is fighting against almost all collective west etc bullshit.

Chinesse also might get impact in businesses because due to sanctions western investments stopped to fly in.

With Russia under sanctions China might press their rules and demand discounts for commodities Russia is selling AND to sell them their mainstream crap for higher price. Win - Win and with this beauty doesn’t ends.

Due to instability in geo political scene renewables and accumulators are in high demand and this warrants good sales. China is exporting accumulators, invertors, different cables, solar panels, collectors, transformators etc stuff, a lot of wind turbines and spare parts for wind turbines....

With this party doesn’t ends at all cos demand for weapons in world had increased, Russia does have sanctions plus needs weapons for war in Ukraine. Therefore China might attempt to get a lot of weapons sales deals ....and press Russia down in world weapons sales market....

Plus add here that countries like Belarus, Iran and North Korea does hate west and will continue intensify support for russia regardless will be there ceasefire or no.
Iran and NK are interested in technical assistance and advice, NK also needs cheap gasoline, diesel fuel and so on ....
Belarus mainly is trading with Russia and does have 2 large and modern oil refineries using Russian natural gas and crude oil supplies, also wants to build up their MIC complex and military....they simply will continue increase cooperation with Russia more and more....
