It was month before this cos Ukr didn't had implemented 3 from 16 supposed and promised supervision reforms.

Yet till today there 0 impact from shit with agencies.

Russia does control approx 200 sq km² in Sumy oblastj and approx 42 sq km² are grey zone.
In Harkov oblastj russia does control approx 99 sq km² and approx 36 sq km² are grey zone.

Luhansk oblastj.
Russia had declared that they had liberated and deNazified Luhansk oblastj from satanic evil and dangerous western influence.
