Myth about air defense systems operators is complete bullshit. Ukraine isn't North Vietnam where really agricultural apvidos had....operated systems because vietnamesse didn't had education and skills.
Ukraine does have military education institutes and operators experienced with stuff like BUK and S-200, S-300 and from older times also with S-125 and KUB.
To re teach these gentlemans to use Patriot, SAMP-T or NASAMS is peace of cake....
Especially with SAMP-T, automatization level is very high.
So unlike with pilots there isn't shortage for air defense systems operators.. ..
Now will be superclaims about death secret instructors.
U.K doesn't send their troops or instructors.
For training more safely is to do this in U.K.

BTW russia, especially their PMCs ( now are new ones after wagner was done ) too is recruiting foreigners for war in ukraine. Usually these foreigners are former military guys or at least already had mando military service under bet.

All foreign currency reserves Ukraine does have had been provided by EU. Otherwise Ukraine's currency had been lesser worth than toilet paper peace.
Europe also already had to spent on Ukr refugees at least 46,5b EUR and Ukr officials ofc doesn't count this as help for ukraine.
Like different forms of aid are reported on sepeate basis according to their source and in order not to get taxpayers mad it is done on monthly basis.
Also collective assistance ( like this 50 b € bill ) is reported seperately ...without counting aid provided on individual basis....
In my area 60% of conscription age males ukrainians who are living in this area longer than 1 year ....doesn't work and their rent and utilities bills & benefits are paid from my tax....
For example municipality is using my mortgage tax money to help them.
Government is using VAT etc type type income from my tax to pay them benefits and language courses.
Females are more hardworking and more than 60 % from them are working and paying tax.
I'm not talking about country but about my municipality. I'm paying them mortgage tax and they are providing me with spendings reports in details 1x per 1 financial year.....budget positions and spendings....

Sadly obiviosly they didn't had managed to explain for voters what this means and relity that majority of these funds are designed to pay for jobs in U.S....it is awful failure and majority of U.S taxpayers are thinking that this sum will be transfered to Ukraine as pure money transfers.

I don't think Macron was serious about that. I think he was testing Russia to see how hard and how quick they would respond. It was just a measuring stick. Macron is on his last mandate and he doesn't want to be remember as "that president that led France to war"
