Nothing at this point will make it decisive for Russia. The price has been far too high. Even if they win in the end, it has been too costly to be considered decisive.

PPP GDP is calculated for stuff ( amount of goods and services ) equivalent that is possible to purchase in said country's market.
Such stuff is easy to...change quickly.
If you need to import something from other countries, GDP PPP doesn't makes sense. Only GDP NET.

1. There are in general 2 kinds of debts : warranted with something...mortgage etc stuff AND not warranted with something lender might get if borrower will not pay debt.
2. Sorts of debts.
A. State treasury debts.
B. Debts warranted by state treasury.
C. Municipalities debts.
D. Bussiness entities debts...companies etc.
E. Private debts [ these these dreamers casuals and other kind of like this ].
So if you want to protray Russia look good, you might use standard stuff to talk about A. State treasury debts.
While ofc it isn't comfortable to talk about C. B. D. E ....

They are purchasing this stuff for other reasons....in order to get contracts for other systems.
U.S had recently lost 1 contract tender for this.
Why ? Overpriced, very overpriced missiles and pro Kremlin oriented yelling " europe should pay ". Especially because this isn't better than SAMP-T at all. Some ideas from some MAGA guys might not like Putin at all.
1. To confiscate freezed russia's assets and use them to fund supplies for ukr.
2. If pitin will not agree for ceasefire, improve sanctions on companies and especially private persons assisting russia to by pass sanctions via using proxy companies and middlemans not located in russia. List with persons might appear really large.

It’s insane to me that people on both sides aren’t screaming at their governments to end this madness.
Ukraine I guess I can at least understand since they are just defending their homes so there is at least some rationale there.. but on the Russian side I have no idea what they are willingly getting slaughtered for.
Russians need to wake the fuck up and take control of their government. Why get sent to a ditch or rubble just to get fucking slaughtered by a drone. Where is the honor in that.. you aren’t saving anyone there, you aren’t saving your homeland.. you are dying viciously FOR NOTHING. For what? Putins legacy? FUCK THAT.

Tricky with a drone as you can't really surrender to it and the operator probably isn't just going to let you go.

I agree except that if I were born in Ukraine and able to fight I would not want the war to end until Russia was driven completely from the land they have taken in this war. They cannot be rewarded for this with new territory or they will be back again once they have recovered from their losses. The pattern is already established.
