This poster here is playing card like: I'm so concerned about Ukr casualities ( better for them will be to surround and Ukraine incorporated im Russia because I'm so concerned about ukrainians ).
BTW if Hitler's textbook with POVs didn't had been repeated by russia, putler had better success.
To die in trench anyway is more comfortable than slow death in torture chamber....
Correction: I am not concerned about Ukrainians. In fact, your casualties are just numbers to me. You choose how you want to deal with Russia.

I am concerned about the Canadian government dumping funds into a foreign lost cause while Canadian military personnel are going homeless.

Unfortunately for russis their hitler is dumb. Plebs are enough dumb to take all excuses ( here too easy to see some examples ) about reasons why invaded. Plain and simple colonial war to grab lands... all excuses are because bunches of propagandists and trolls too want to have paychecks....
IF Hitler had offered just to left weapons and ammo and walk where guys want to walk.... ukr quickly had almost 0 military.
Instead of this russia looks that is treating povs badly and therefore ....more motivation to resist ...

Is that why Ukraine needs to draft half a million men to replenish the ranks after reaching 1 million in strength in July 2022? You're always welcomed to keep believing in myths. Reality will set in sooner or later.
No one cares. You earn paycheck here, someone else is earning in trenches. You always are welcomed to join ....to liberate minefield avdiivka or other village.

Exactly, no one should care but your country is going on a world begging tour. Worst part is Trudeau the shithead actually gave you money.

they seem to be keeping up with russia just fine.

Not sure why you would choose a source with a clear axe to grind and political agenda.

lmao, so are you trying to imply that Ukraine lost half a million men just because they're drafting more?

This isn't a fucking board game. Soldiers are humans and require rotation from the front lines. Russia too is having a major problem with rotation of combat worn units. Annual drafts are going to have to take place as the conflict becomes more long term to give front line units the opportunity to rest and re-equip.

This is pure Russian fantasy that Ukraine is running out of manpower. Even if they worst casualty estimates are taken as fact.. both sides still have the manpower to continue the fight almost indefinitely even at that exaggerated rate of casualty.

Equipment and ammunition attrition is a far more pressing issue for both sides.

There also is reason that they need workforce...also behind frontlines...
For exmple even Putin didn't had used all mobiks for frontline....
He had used at least 100k from them to build fortifications and additionally had hired civies for such tasks...

The stuff we had learned from WW1 and WW2 is that countries needs more manpower behind frontlines than in trenches.
Because soldiers should be supplied with food, weapons, ammunition, clothing, boots etc....otherwise they will fight naked with wood sticks ...

Therefore during these wars other kind of service too had been used: government might order you to work in weapons, ammunition factory, hospital, factory producing clothing, boots etc for military, to work in oil refinery, power plant etc....
Additionally government might order to work for logistics ( transport ) etc....also far behind frontlines.
For example to transport materials for ammunition factories etc etc

You're an advanced, 1st world economy. Your GDP is larger than Russia with less than 1/3rd of the population and the % of your GDP spent on this war is less than 1/1000th of Russia is spending.

Stop acting like your problems are there because you're spending tiny amounts of money on Ukraine.

You're spending less than 1/1000th of your GDP on this war. You have a 2 Trillion dollar per year GDP and you've spent 2.4 Billion.

Less than 1/1000th.

Russia is spending 50% and they're not an advanced economy.

This whole line of arguing is akin to being Bill Gates financial advisor and advising him against buying a rolex watch because 1 room in his 183 room house doesn't have wifi.

That room doesn't have wifi because he hasn't bothered to tell an assistant to resolve it. Not because he's buying a rolex.

Ukraine had 1 million in its army in July 2022. It has continuously recruited every single month, forcefully at times given all the footage of people being shoved into vans by draft officers.

Now its army is asking for half a million troops to refill its ranks after a failed offensive. Yeah good luck telling yourselves everything is okay. I gave Ukraine 8 months back in December before it folds. It's not that far off to see whether my prediction will prove correct.

Was there homeless before the war? yes and there will be homeless after the war as well, it's peanuts what Canada is spending on the war, Trudeau has prob spent more on the LBGQabc community then he has the war.
It's the only good thing the crimeminister has done.

Canada's per capita GDP has been in sliding for 4 straight quarter, now we're behind fucking Mississippi. The economy is effectively in recession despite massive immigration. Healthcare is strained to the point of being non-existent with at least a month's wait just to see your own family doctor if you're lucky to find one. We have Canadian Forces members going homeless in major cities because they cannot afford housing. Federal Government cut back a billion dollar in defense budget but promised $600 to Ukraine.

No fuck Ukraine. Go throw your own money at it.

Canada's homeless population has been increasing massively in the past 4 years due to housing bubble. We don't have peanuts to give. Even if Canada drops Turdeau today and makes massive reforms, it will take decades to fix the damage and address the deficit.

If you want to help Ukraine, by all means make your private donations. That little shit Trudeau will be gone next election along with his Ukraine promises.

My country is. I wish we'd spend more.

You spend 1.2% of GDP on your military.
We spend 1.9%

Quit with the bullshit excuses you loser. You've been neglecting your spending for decades.

Take some responsibility for electing a virtue signalling nepo baby not once, not twice but three fucking times!

Lmao. I don’t follow his daily coverage. He’s crazy wrong in his “predictions” and I suspect he really just says crazy shit because he knows rubes like @giusti825 eat it up. I mean you have to be a fucking idiot if you believed the IDF was going to lose to Hamas.
War is a violent means of achieving political goals.

In the book "21 lessons for the 21st century," Yuval Harari argues that terrorist acts are committed from a position of weakness and are only successful when the powerful overreact.

Many nations have cut off diplomatic ties with Israel due to the ethnic cleansing and genocide in Gaza. Many Gulf States have changed their minds on normalizing relations with Israel. Israel is being charged in the ICJ for violating the genocide conventions by South Africa and Turkey.

It could be argued that Hamas already achieved their strategic victory.

Trudeau and his minions have caused most of the agony in Canada. They allowed massive amounts of immigrants to come here but yet we didnt have the housing, doctors and all resources to handle them. Now add on his carbon taxes which affect everything from fuel to home heating and get;s to food prices also...Trudeau has destroyed this country and life will never be the same here again because of that cuck.
