Switzerand does have nickname " money launerding machine for oligarchy elite ". They had confirmed that it is waste of money and time to purchase from them any weapons or ammo and that they de facto are Panama in europe in BEST case.
They had denied re export permits for 14+ countries....
Just if you will purchase 1 catrrirdge from them and had 100% paid price, even after 10 or 20 or 30 or even 40 years you will need to have written permit to be allowed to sell or send somewhere said bolt or cartridge. Switzerland is DONE as firearms or ammo seller till end of universe... they should cope with this without 0 other chances.

Lithuania is 0 worth as reference point for tanks repair today.
They might be used as point where cheap and fast repair for self propelled howitzers and heavy duty trucks might be done quickly, while for tanks ....I will even ask will be there difference between T - 54 or Leo 2A6 ......

Back in my USAF days...


There were two guys that knew each other, and we all lived in the same dorm back in the USAF. One was a cop and the other an aircraft maintainer. The maintainer forgot his I.D. on a toolbox and crossed into a restricted area that required I.D. shown at all times to finish working on the aircraft.

The cop saw it and had him spread eagle on the tarmac and busted him. No question, no doubt. No I.D. = your @$$.
