To teach textbooks you don't need to be located in Ukraine....not at all.
And yup, Ukr does knows also GRU and KGB textbooks too.

That's a really good point. I was thinking of it as one-way exchange of information but the Ukrainians are probably in the best position to tell the NATO advisers how the Russians would likely react to anything tactically.

Secret document: Serbia supports Ukraine
"Serbia has plans to or is said to have already supplied Ukraine with weapons, writes Reuters. This is according to a leaked document from the US Department of Defense, reports Reuters.

Serbia is the only country in Europe that does not support sanctions against Russia.

The document, whose authenticity Reuters could not verify, evaluates the response of 38 European governments to Ukraine's appeal for assistance.

- If the document is genuine, it either shows [President Aleksandar] Vukic's double game with Russia or that he is under great pressure from Washington to supply arms to Ukraine, says Janusz Bugajski, Eastern Europe expert at the Jamestown Foundation think tank."

I am sure our Serbian friend is happy about this or will claim its brainwashing and fake news by western media.

Well it's obvious isn't it? The Serbian government have sold out the motherland to support the enemy in exchange for money and smooth the entry into the EU in 2025. When that happens I fully expect grimballs to defect to Russia and sign up to fight on the frontlines in the Donbas. After all as someone who feels as strongly as him about the EViL WeSt he won't want to pay for all his groceries in Euros?

Edit spike pic is real

I don't mean to be nihilistic but meh.... the Russians have committed so many war crimes and atrocities during this 'special operation'. It's clear they are acting as state terrorists with their constant targeting of civilians infrastructure. This is just another level of ramping up their terror campaign.

The fact that many of these things happened some time ago just means that they've likely been keeping this in their back pocket and are now getting desperate enough to start using it as a weapon of intimidation. That's all they have, intimidation. They are just common terrorists now, no better than ISIS because they are struggling so badly militarily.

He'll be paying for his monthly sack of rotten beets the old fashioned way.

By stealing it off the beet truck and risking a Siberian gulag.

A senior Ukrainian official warned that Russia can reconstitute itself as a serious threat to Ukraine in the long run despite facing severe force generation problems at this time.

Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the Ukrainian General Staff Brigadier General Oleksiy Hromov stated on April 13 that Russian crypto-mobilization efforts are stagnating due to Russians’ growing awareness that causality rates for Russian soldiers in Ukraine are high. Hromov stated that Volgograd and Saratov oblasts have only met seven percent (134 of the 7,800 recruits) and 14 percent (270 of the 7,600 recruits) of their regional recruitment quotas for the first quarter of 2023 respectively. Hromov also stated that Moscow is creating “alternative” private military companies (PMCs) to fill these gaps, but that these PMCs will not be as powerful as the Wagner Group in the near future, partially supporting previous ISW forecasts. Hromov noted that Ukraine and its allies must not underestimate Russian force generation capabilities in the long run for a protracted war of attrition. ISW has previously warned that the US and NATO should not underestimate Russian capabilities in the long run, as Russia can regenerate by leveraging its population and defense industrial base (DIB) to threaten Ukraine and NATO if Russian President Vladimir Putin decides to fundamentally change Russia’s strategic resource allocation over the long run. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announced plans on January 17 to form 12 new maneuver divisions over the course of several years, for example.

Didn't he basically ban media outside of state affiliated media?

Hey, this is NYT, not Tucker or some far right thing

LOL @ believing polls in a country that bans non-state affiliated media, especially with these numbers. You guys are amazing beautiful

Are you familiar with how war works? Do you think the US wanted independent press wandering around by themselves in Iraq during the invasion? The first thing to often go during times of war is journalistic freedom. This isn't a Zelensky thing.

During the first World War the massive covid-like Spanish Flu outbreak got coined that because Spain were the only ones at the time who had a free unrestricted press, as they weren't participants in the war. So they reported it first and it got called Spanish Flu but it more than likely started in the trenches of Belgium or France.

I think they believe Spanish flu came from the US these days and spread to Europe.

The US didn't have the biolabs in Ukraine yet, so they couldn't simply spread it in Europe straight away, like they do these days.

For the crew here who loves viral videos on social media, here is a good one for you lol

Curious, you'd think they would be wearing some Ukrainian badges or something.... looks pretty staged to me. More like they are Ukrainian PoW's being told what to say. Why would they hide their insignia unless told to? They are after all already showing their faces. No source information either to confirm the veracity. Almost as if whoever has made this video doesn't want you to be able to test the authenticity.... now who would do such a thing? They can't even give a reason as to why they are being sacrificed?

Pretty much everything they are claiming is what the Russian's have been proven to be actually doing.... sounds like more the typical Russian tactic of maskirovka to me.

Interesting. I think one thing is certain, it didn't come from Spain!

I hope nothing escapes from all those biolabs in Ukraine...

THe press freedom index puts Ukraine in the middle category. Guess which one Russia is in?

<{anton}>

lol even Kazakhstan is rated higher!

SK "leasing" 500,000 155mm to America. Didn't see it posted.
So the leak worked! That kid is a hero, I hope he gets released in 10 years halfway through his sentence.

huh? First of all why would the US be banning press in Iraq (and they didn’t as multiple news outlets were there)? And in our own country, I don’t recall them ever doing that. What kind of comparison is that? Lmao. <45>

In our country have we ever banned press and media due to war? with ww1 and 2? Nope. Koreeer? Nope. Vietnam? Nope.

Banning opposition parties? Nope

“Omg do you know war?!?” <45>

They found a way around their countries rules of not providing ammunition to countries at war then...

Give it to usa . They give it to Ukraine
They were already doing that. They just got exposed by the 'accidental on purpose' leak but then just went 'fuck it' and gave another half a million shells to the US to send to Ukraine lol

Mission accomplished. Ukraine should give a medal of honour to Teixeira when he gets out of jail.

I wonder if Egypt will secretly stop sending munitions to Russia now?

Indeed.
The taking of life is the same. Death either way. Did you think there was a difference because one is a human?
Is burning a human slowly to death a more humane way to go?

You are missing the optics here. Lethal injection and electrocution are state sanctioned by why don't they televise them? Because they can go badly wrong and be extremely distressing to watch. The authorities know that. Why not use nitrogen gas? Perfectly humane, cheap and available? Too humane apparently, no suffering but good enough for livestock...

The purpose of showing a beheading or a sledgehammer execution has nothing to do with the pain or distress felt by the victim, but everything to do with how it looks. It's purely a form of visual terror. Wouldn't inspire much fear in the enemy if they just filmed putting a guy in a room and lowering the oxygen level until he passed out in a slightly euphoric state would it?
