Russell Crowe in Gladiator is what a man should look like

Depends what you mean by function. The heavier weight classes in the UFC would suffer when it comes to gymnastics but when it came to raw strength (and things that are affected by strength like fighting ability) heavier/more equals better.

Disagree 100%.

There is a limit even at the heavier weights. Guys like Pudz gain no benefit in MMA, none, ZERO in adding more muscle mass. It just limits range of motion and speed and overall limits effectiveness.

Pudz gaining another 50lbs of muscle does not add to his fight game.

I definitely be hitting gym tonight and a hard run. I had no workout in 2 days and just ate chips and pasta.

I'm almost 5'11 and 150lbs ha skinny but fat terrifies me. Lean all day.

Women lie they rather have zyzz body fuck them and a fat thick not long cock. Problem for women is men who soo ripped often over compensation for dick and have erection issues.
hense why women prefer guys with normal bodies. functioning dick > zyzz

Paul Hogan in Crocodile Dundee 2. Realistic and possible to achieve for lots of men. Can't embed pics...

So you mean lift weights but don't give too much of a damn about your diet?
aka Forever bulking

this is what a true alpha man should look like:

- perfect tan
- beautiful blue eyes
- still a slim athletic motherfucker and full head of hair in his 60s
- net worth that exceeds the GDP of many countries

So alpha. More alpha than that pussy Edward Norton anyway.
1. Bad leader - his henchmen were beaten by flyweight vietnamese

2. He had no loyalty. He kills his best friend over a schizophrenic lolita

That's why he was the perfect Maximus. Regardless of look or size, Prime Crowe exuded masculinity in an old school Hollywood Steve McQueen/ Sean Connery way. From the first second you immediately buy into him as a war hardened leader respected by his troops. No one in Hollywood today could pull of that role. Even Sherdog's favorite alpha actor Tom Hardy is a little too pretty boyish for it.

At least he didn't get buttfucked in prison.

Gayest thread I've read in a while.....not that there's anything wrong with that.

I have too many scars to give a shit about impressing other men anyway. Women's opinions mean much more to me.

Didn’t those Vietnamese outnumber them by like 20 to 1? It’s been years since I watched Romper Stomper.

Yeah lol

I still have the vhs version of the movie. One of my favorites of all time even though it poorly depicts skinhead lifestyle.

How would it not? Suddenly he wouldn't be able to move because muscle would "limit his flexibility, limit his ROM and cause him to gass? His issue wasn't his muscle (he was much smaller than his strongman prime when fighting btw) but his complete lack of skills.

Anyway being huge obviously helps in MMA, Lesnar was 6'2.5 285 lean in some UFC fights. Ubereem slightly lighter but leaner at 6'3. Bigfoot was 6'3.5 and pushing 300 against fedor. Not lean but not too sloppy. Sapp was an insane 6'5 330. Black beast is a soft 280+ at 6'3. Even hunt is 265+ at 5 freaken 10.

None of those fighters are going to be at a physical disadvantage because of "all that muscle" (remember Arnold was all of 235 ripped at 6'1.5, those fighters are huge).

He still had trained, but he lacked fluidity and he did look really stiff and it made him appear like he hadn't trained when he actually had.

I guess we agree to disagree.

I don't see Pudz getting better just because he returns to his prime body building size and your point makes it an absolute that he would be better than his smaller self.

I don't think either Brock or Ubereem would have benefited if they focused on more of a traditional body builder body and got to be even more muscular than they were. I don't see Sean Sherk benefiting in his prime by adding 15 lbs more lean muscle.

This is how we are telling the aliens men and women should look like

Most women would agree with your post but its not because its the most attractive, its because its attractive but not too threatening. Abs is a lot of competition to "keep up with" for a woman.

Thinly veiled homosexual thread.

I don't know about any of this. There's really no point in obsessing over what you think the ideal man should look like. Just do the best you can do with what you have and let the chips fall where they may.
