He has been labelled as a sexual predator by ex-wives, by random celebrities, by women - but just like with Jimmy Savile, it takes an incredible amount of effort to get the gears of justice turning.

John was a Fireman in the Inland Empire and brother of a close friend. He got caught up in a rape charge from years past by a girl that was jealous that he had no interest in her, but instead her older (legal) sister - she was about 17 at the time. It went so far as to her taking the stand and telling the truth pissing off the DA and that's when his nightmare finally ended. Had she not told the truth on that stand... who knows? He was already getting very bad reactions from the Fire Department he worked for from the case.

Sadly, he died after that event in an accident.

You should look up statistics of false accusations versus authentic ones and then you won't feel that way because you're wrong about them....

There have been a lot of hate crime and sex offence false accusations in recent years. I think people are well within their rights to wait for more evidence to decide whether they believe a claim is credible. Accusations and denials are both mere claims, and this claim is about events which happened years ago so it will be hard to prove.

It does seem to me that many famous people are perverts, act as if rules do not apply to them (with some reason) or at the least push the boundaries of what could be defined as consent. But just thinking that Brand may fit with that stereotype also doesn’t make the claim true.
