Outside of those involved in the ending..MVP of the night for sure, and I hope that they keep booking my boy strong.

Thought they wanted Roman to work both nights.

So, night 1 Roman vs Sami

If you put Sami over (I would) you then have a triple threat the next night.

If you have Roman go over, Cody wins the belt night 2 ( not a fan).

Or

Night 1 is Roman vs Cody and have Roman win by cheating or whatever.

Night 2 you have Sami win the belts.

Or

Night 1 have Cody beat Roman for the titles.

Night 2 have Sami beat Roman in a cage match or something.

You could also have Roman win both nights beating Sami and Cody, but I think getting the belts off Roman (at least 1) is the way to go.
A lot of options but, as entertaining as he is, there has not been any point in the last sixteen years of watching Sami that would make me have him beat Roman. He "wins" by surviving Roman. Moral victory? Sure. Beating Roman for the world title?

u don't think his best friend in the world KO could run in with an assist to help make sami's boyhood dream come true?

its plausible
and no one would care because the logic is there
sami is no match for roman
so the best friends team up and find a way

like on nes tmnt arcade game when u ask ur buddy to play and help u beat krang in the technodrome because u couldn't do it by urself

This show was mediocre at best. Only match that was decent was the last one. Show should have been Royal Bloodlines since that was teh focus of the show.

Cody was the only one at the post show press conference to drink some Pitch Black and put it over. The kid just gets The Business.

I hate that you put that in terms that I could understand. It is 100% plausible.

But, still, I feel that the times that Brock "held the title hostage" and Roman reigned for three calendar changes were very important in restoring credibility to a world title which, in all honesty, had become a token "Atta Boy" award. Sami Zayn is a star that I wouldn't use to map the company's course. That's all I'm saying.

Am I wrong though?
Yes.
Men's Rumble had some really good moments, and Gunther came out looking like a stud.

Pitch black and women's title were bad, but neither really ever had a chance to be good.

Women's Rumble was good for the most part, with a couple times having too many women in the ring. Rhea came out looking like a star.

Roman vs KO was great. And the aftermath was brilliant.

We're getting close to the line of Roman having the title(s) too long though. While the Bloodline story has been brilliant, it has to have a payoff or it is all for nothing. Even Flair lost the title while with the Horsemen.

I could see Zayn getting a main title run that lasts for a few weeks.

There are have been worse main title champions in WWE history.

Mens match was fucking average af. For Codys match back and his Rumble win this should have felt like a bigger deal but it was not. Brock and Bobby took up far too much screen time and neither needed to be in there. Edge flip flopping in out of retirement is getting old. No other big name returns. Banger Bros being the MVPs of this match.

Pitch Black match and womans title were dreadful. All this work thats gone into Brays story line ,and its the No 2 story line in WWE, seems like a complete waste.

Womans Rumble was the 2nd best match on the Card. Having Rhea run the gauntlet built her up as a monster. Also rebuilding Liv Morgan as a threat was a good idea. At least this match had some returns, Piper Niven looked strong, but Chelsea Green could have had more time in the ring. Zac Ryder return is imminent.

Bloodline match was excellent. But they could have least given a nod to Cody, by having him come out at the end and stare down Reigns We all know how the Zayn/Owens story ends. Its been told a thousand times.

5/10 All these matches came in with potential but only one and a half of them achieved it.

I'm not really sure what to think.

Rhea Ripley is tremendous and should be pushed to the moon. Asuka should always be near or at the top, but I guess she is at the stage where she is helping other women. She lost a lot to Rhea before taking leave.

I don't know why Sami cares about Owens so much, especially as he has been hospitalised by him repeatedly over the years. It got a pop though, which is all that counts.

In terms of the mens rumble? Fans respect effort. Cody should have been first and not Gunther, who put on a good showing. It was fine. I do wish there were more surprises though.

I couldn't get into Bliss V Belair or Knight V Wyatt at all...

PPV wasn't awful, but could have been better.
