I fucking LOVE these guys. I love big riffs, huge sound, and these two bring that shit. Huge sound despite only being bass and drums with vocals. As a guitarist too, I respect the clever use of effects as well. I don't use anything like that in my band, so it's cool to see that in use, definitely inspiring me to try to branch out into effects.

What got me into them was this performance at Reading Festival, here:

I really enjoy Little Monster. I'll make it a point to hear some of their other stuff.

I liked their songs I heard on the radio and couldn't believe when I saw a video and there wasn't a guitarist. Looking forward to more from those 2.

I like to call them the Bassists answer to Local H.

Yeah, I definitely think it's easier to carry a band with a guitarist than a bassist. Royal Blood pulls this off, I had zero idea that they were just a two piece band.

Yeah I dig 'em, heard them last year but haven't listened to much since then.

Recommended tracks:
"Out of the Black", "Little Monster", "Blood on My Hands", "Ten Tonne Skeleton"

They're good, and I enjoyed their debut album, but I find them very 'samey'. I guess that's inevitable when it's just the two of them but I'll be interested to see how their music progresses from here.
