She will engage in a clinch very shortly, and she will be feet-up in no time. From there, it's been proven Ronda collects the arms she wants. Cyborg's massive face bones will not help her there.

Its easy to say they should never fight at 145 to prove it due to "business reasons" and you're right -- the potential for Ronda to lose at 145 WOULD be a bad business move by the UFC.

Cyborg overwhelms women with her big, slow shots (not the hypodermic ones, you assholes), she tends to get sloppy when someone is fighting back, and she recklessly engages in clinches and grappling situations, dependent upon her abnormal size and strength to plow through any trouble she may encounter on the ground. She is a dog and will maul you, but not a wolf that will instantly rip your throat out.

Peep. 145 lbs. Cyborg will have been drilled to avoid clinching and some counters to some clinch situations to get her back to safety at range on the feet. Her crew will train her like the mat is death, and all her groundwork will be defensive. So she goes on the back foot and tries to keep Ronda at bay with outside strikes. Right away her plum is neutralized by her disadvantages in the clinch. She will use hands and kicks outside, elbows inside, and be cautious with knees. Do you think she can play Pete Whitaker for 25 mins? Does Ronda not, at some point, engage her in the clinch along the cage? That's a likely scenario as well, at some point, and Ronda can set up armlocks in standing clinches, before and during takedowns, before and while pulling guard, and before and during sweeps. Do you think Cris handles her like a child in the clinch? Do you think Cris is going to give her a boxing lesson? Do you think Cris is going to mount her and pound her out? How does Cris survive the first round, much less win this fight? Especially if it goes into championship rounds, where the Frankenqueen of weight cutting will likely slow down.

Meisha is far better than anyone on Borg's list. Bethe is about the average level of opponent Cyborg faces; a cylindrical sealed metal container full of salty tomatoes, and in way over her head.

Watch the Davis ko again, Davis was out after that initial right hand, you can even see her knees buckle, Ronda catching her and throwing her is the only thing that prevented her from face palming like Bethe.. getting thrown woke her up, before she got put back to sleep again..

While you are at it, watch the Bethe fight again too.. Ronda was winning yeah, but its not like she was bashing Bethes face in the entire time, she landed a good left hook against the cage that rocked Bethe, and finished her off with a right
