You want to turn this into a semantical nitpick over "KO" but you're missing the forest for the trees. It's always being said that Cybrog can just land a punch and the fight is over. Rousey has to worry about getting hit one time or something and there's nothing to show that's the case. Cyborg is definitely a beast and hits hard, but she isn't some 1 punch KO machine. She hurts them and then swarms. Rousey having less TKOs is hardly surprising given her background, having more tools to win and only recently developing a stand up game. But it's sidetracking the point. Cyborgs KO power is vastly overrated, regardless of how it compares to Rousey.
Actually I have heard many more people, knowledgeable people, say it's not one punch from Cyborg to put her out but that Ronda, or anyone in this example, can't rush in and absorb the kinds of shots that Cyborg gives which leads to her TKOs. No one worth their salt is saying Cyborg just has to touch Rousey or anyone and they will be out. Think about when Tate just started swinging in the 2nd fight and landed a few big shots on Rousey and had her backed up. It's even sillier when people are saying this crap, on both sides, since ANY person could one punch someone if they hit it perfectly. THAT'S where this whole semantical BS is coming into play and makes this whole discussion about which idiot is going to push there agenda more, IE this I WILL CUT YOU chick.
As I said before....
A semantic battle doesn't help anyone on either side really.
I assume he brought up Baars since she's one of the best MT practitioners in the world and Cyborg took her on and gave her a good fight when she herself was in comparison a novice. Sure he MMA record isn't great but that is besides the point. Cyborg went into MT to fight one of the best similar to how if she did try to go to the Olympics in Judo she would be fighting the best. Once again, semantics.
