There are valid points on both sides
I don't think Cyborg feels comfortable at 135 and probably has concerns with not being able to hydrate and is egging on Ronda to see if she will at least meet in the middle , that's a legit concern
On Ronda she is avoiding a catch weight because if the size difference she doesn't want to fight her at that weight giving Cyborg a great chance at defeating her ,
Anyone with a shred of honesty can see this
Does Ronda or the UFC by force have to make this a true super fight by agreeing to a catch weight? Nope . So it's on the UFC and Ronda to make it a super fight
If the fight was so easy it would have been done , I don't blame the UFC to protect the investment
A lot of facts supported with videos
It's certainly hard for 128 lb Japanese girls to be a threat to a roided out 170lb Wanderlei in a Wig.
To be fair to SD and the people that don't want to see a huge post hogging up the thread, I edited the quote showing the information that UFC/Ronda has tried everything they can do to make this fight happen.
I would highly recommend checking it out if you haven't seen it. If you or any of the Cyborg fans have solid sources/videos to refuse anything he said, please show us.
EDIT: Thanks to the poster who showed Cris dwarfing Frankie Edgar, it made me accept the odds of this fight happening are zero.
Shes beaten the #1 FW 2x with ease, she beat gina who was #1 for a long time with ease. what has rousey done thats more impressive? beat liz carmouche bethce Mcmann and tate? big fkn deal . There not exactly wworld class fighters, cyborg destroys them all in 1 round as well. mcmann eats a shot and just drops (shes a woman tito) , tate would get bullied and her nose smashed in, carmouche is undersized even for 135... betche... yea... uhh there is just cyborg and ronda ahead of the rest of the pack... they should just meet @140 for a superfight, that is fair.
I hope cyborg wins
this proves the size disparity is nowhere close to what Whiteknights makes up to be...![]()

"Cryborg via death"
Lol you should check her resume again. 36 year old, 15-12 Yoko Takahashi went to a decision with Cris.
The myth that Cryborg is a killer, ko artist is false. Look at her resume its terrible. Ronda's wins are faster, better, more brutal and against much MUCH better competition.
Rousey makes a decent division look bad. Most dominant chamos do. Jon Jones at LHW, Spider at mw.
Please, name Cyborg's top 5 wins.
Or perhaps a bad division makes Ronda look good.
Anyone who has seen cyborg fight knows she is a very good fighter with legit power. False KO artist wtf
Or perhaps a bad division makes Ronda look good.
Lol youre still at it? Brother im starting to think MMA might not be for you, your limited knowledge is dangerously lacking for someone spewing as much nonsense as you.
As far as Cyborgs wins, beating Gina Carano alone is more significant than every name on Rondas resume put together... you know, the same Gina that Ronda looked up to and was vocally willing to fight at a "catchweight"... yeah lol that Gina.
Why should you brush off the rest of Cyborgs opponents btw? Because they dont have a UFC Countdown show telling your Zuffa Zombie noggin just how "dangerous" "pin point accurate" or "incredible submission artist" they are?
If there were a UFC Womens FW division you would be the first sheep on here boasting about the talent pool.
Its not Cyborgs fault she cant find opponents who want to fight her (as evidenced by Ronda herself).
PS: Dont be a complete noob, nobody ever complained that the MW division was "shallow" or "bad" when Anderson dominated, they complained there werent enough WRESTLERS* to fight him. Do you realize what kind of animals Hendo, Franklin, Marquardt, Chael, etc were in their prime?
And unlike Ronda, Anderson wasn't scared to accept fights at a higher weight class in the UFC.
Have a pleasant day brah.![]()
