I can't stand Buffer, but he does earn his pay by doing those cringeworthy Motel 6 and MetroPCS spots before big championship fights. UFC maintaining that professional atmosphere. Although It's hilarious that he always needs to leave the cage and ask for help whenever a card doesn't have straight 10-9 scores.

I've actually always wondered this. I also wonder how much money they add and furthermore how much it would hurt the UFC if they went to another promotion (if at all). I would imagine they find it worth their while to pay them premiums so they don't switch promotions (for Buffer and Rogan, not so much the round number displayers).

considering they all have very separate roles with varying levels of responsibility its tough to say. for fun my guess in terms of pay Rogan probably makes 20k per event, Buffer 10k and the most notable ring girls probably 5k at best.

If I had to guess the ring girls get 3500 per event. Maybe more for big ppv events. Especially the ones that have been there forever. Arianny probably more.
Buffet I would say 10,0000 per event and rogan maybe about that as well or a bit more

How many are in the business? He's not better than Martinez and he's like the only other dude out there. He's better than the screaming PRIDE lady, but that's a low bar.

Like they would have much better scoring if they picked three random fans at each event to serve as judges, they could go to a local talent agency and find a better announcer than Buffer. Dude got the job due to his brother/last name, that's it.

I doubt you can find good ring announcers and commentators growing on trees. They are probably far more rare than some prelim guy who is willing to get kicked in the face for peanuts.
