considering they all have very separate roles with varying levels of responsibility its tough to say. for fun my guess in terms of pay Rogan probably makes 20k per event, Buffer 10k and the most notable ring girls probably 5k at best.

also keep in mind of what they actually do.... rogan speaks for the entire event, interviews the fighter, and is a pioneer of the sport, been there from the begining and has huge recognition from his podcast. What he does is improvised.
Buffer speaks before and after the fight enthusiastically with a script.
Ring girls just stand there half naked, and carry a number on cardboard around.

Rogan probably makes 200k.
Buffer makes 50k.
ring girls make 2k.

I have no idea if he has a new contract, or this was bullshit, or if he negotiated PPV points, or what happened with the Zuffa sale.

The dude is rich though, ran a telemarketing business before he was an announcer.
