Eventually a visa won't keep him away if he keeps winning. Challengers will just have to fight him where he can fight.
Nah he needs to publicly denounce sanctioned war criminal Ramzan Kadyrov, and delete all social media content he has with Kadyrov, and never again be in Kadyrov's presence or even acknowledge the existence of Kadyrov or anyone associated with him.

Until Khamzat does that, he's gonna be barred from the US (not sure if it's sanctions or terrorist watch list, but the US can use whatever excuse they want to keep him out). And rightfully so. That's how the world has to do things.

Sorry I don't keep up with politics or anything, no clue on my end.

Should we ask the same for US athletes with pictures with war criminal Obama ?

basically khamzat has about 4 minutes to sub him, or whitaker will get it by the judges

Actually, I hope whitaker wins so we can finally get Costa vs Chimaev lol

I don't know anyone who has held a UFC title while being barred from entering the united states
Well both can be true. But all we can do is speculate. We don't know the exact situation, neither of us can bring up a direct source that says why Khamzat had to sit out so long after Holland fight.

We know he cant enter the states.

why is speculative, but the simple fact that it hasn't been cleared up by now is serious cause for concern

I know Whittaker hasn't gotten a finish in a while but kham's striking looks extremely sloppy after the 2nd round. I could see it.

Well the US doesn't consider Obama a war criminal, so no.

But any country that does consider Obama a war criminal could absolutely ban people associated with Obama from entering their country, yes.

Bro why you out here trying to spread lies to make a point and conveniently omit shit?

Khamzat won a unanimous decision and only like 1 retard in the media thought burns won.

Khamzat rocked Burns in the 1st and 3rd, dropping him in the 1st as well. Burns has been called a WW for every other WW fight. Funny I don't hear you downplaying Usman for that win

What is your point exactly? Burns is a very solid win. Khamzat was supposed to be the golden goose who could steam roll people. The literal first fight he had against a ranked opponent, he looked beatable. He got knocked down, hurt and had nothing on the ground.

Going to a close decision with Burns where you got hurt makes your legend shrink.

Yes Usman did what Khamzat could not, and got Burns out of there with a KO in under two rounds. How do you not realize those are different things?

For usman, khamzat was set to fight a guy who stands and throws hands and kicks then had to fight a completely different fighter. Usman not training and just sitting on his couch is some hilarious bullshit.

His abysmal cardio yet won the final round of both fights that went the distance

Just parroting all the dumb, ignorant comments of people who just out themselves as casuals

Usman was coming off back to back loses and is on the wrong side of 35. He was KO'd dead - like the scary, fully asleep, hard to watch type of KO. Then he proceeds to lose his rematch.

He then fights at 185lbs for the first time in his life, and Khamzat can't get outside of a close decision with him. He back packed him for one round, then looked like shit in the standing exchanges.

Khamzat is a talent but looks fairly ordinary against ranked opponents. If he could have smashed Usman, he would have. Usman didn't have a mark on him FFS.

...who do you got now that the fight is getting closer?

I got Chimaev winning by KO/TKO either first or second.

I vote Whittaker by controversial decision. Khamzat will take him down and GnP him in R1 in a 10-8. Then repeat in R2 until he gasses mid round, Whittaker gets back up and tags and evade him for the rest of the fight.

I've got a feeling Chimaev gets it done, I'm just not sure how. I'll lean towards 3rd round sub.

I'm still impressed by the Usman and Burns wins and I'm not sure why everyone has done a 180 on Khamzat just because he had the audacity to not steamroll those guys.
Once a narrative catches on here, 75% of posters jump on it. You even have people posting things like "Khamzat should just fight" literally within one month of Khamzat's last fight. It's absurd.

You sound impartial...... lol everyone sucks and is overrated

The sherdog way.

Usman did fuck all to Khamzat. What is your point?

Borz going all out in the first will either win him the fight, or lose it for him. This is 5 rounds so he can’t afford to be going into round 4 with an empty gas tank.

I have a hard time seeing Borz win this if it makes it to the 3rd round.

I’m pretty convinced that Borz wins it in the first two. Or Whittaker wins at some point after that.

I’m going with Whittaker by decision.
Precisely this but don’t see Borz lasting 5 rounds tbh.

Khamzat wins the first round then Whittaker knocks him out in round 3 or 4 and retires him.

I would say Khamzat stoppage is most likely followed by a Whittaker decision win.

This is bullshit. What is going on with Khamzat? He kills everybody, but it's not working lately.
