I'm not sure if you realize this but the Berbers are North African with a heavy Arabic influence. Slaves imported to America were mostly West African (some Central). None of our ancestors were Berbers. If you're going that route, you should pull out the "slavery existed in Sub-Saharan Africa" argument along with the closely related "your African brothers sold you into slavery to the white man". If "white racism" is the reason for the problems in places like Ferguson, then why do black people who live in white areas usually have enjoyable and crime-free lives, despite being surrounded by evil whites?

I find it very difficult to discuss these topics with Americans. It's like you have anxiety attacks just from talking about it and start to make very dramatic statements. European culture is a big part of American culture. It's ironic that you say this, yet, many right wingers claim liberals want "European socialism". Which one is it?

I'm not all that worried about it actually. For one, I'm self-sufficient and upwardly mobile. Secondly, I don't think Asian, Middle Eastern, and Hispanic people will form any sort coalition at all, let alone an anti-black one. Asian and Middle Eastern people will continue to be a small minority in America for as long as I'm alive. Hispanic and black interests align in many ways. Thirdly, I don't tend to see the world in black and white so I don't think all Asians or Middle Eastern people are as dumb as you and Pem nor do I believe all white people are evil. I do hope that a coalition of non-racists (of all races) will eventually make your kind extinct.

Crack certainly did not help the inner city. I think the ability to make such a living on drug sales(leading to incarceration) and the incentive(benefits) for women to remain a single mother have led to the breakdown of the nuclear family model, which has devastated inner city households.
