Insanely busy at the minute. Work is moving to a new premises early next year so its become clear out season in the building aswell as trying to do actual works so by the time i've finished work so workout frequency has took a hit for the time being
Ah yes that little thing called "life" has a habit of getting in the way sometimes! Will you be moving to the new premises too? Not too far away I hope?
