What benefit accrues to a child of a mother who isn’t Hep-B positive to get it within its first day of life?

The biggest surprise to me was the lady senator defending antidepressants, when they have even put on risks of thoughts of suicide, violence, etc lol… just truly bizarre as a hill to die on, when he clearly says there should be research into it, not that it does.

The antidepressant conversation and concerns has been going on since I was in highschool and college, and a lot of people I know are liberal and vote democrat ARE concerned about antidepressants.

I don't disagree as I have been on both sides of it. Drugs that have improved the quality of my life, and others that did more harm than good. It's a risk we take by putting our faith in these companies. I think being capitalist is fine. What happened during Covid was despicable, however. I would bet big money if the pandemic came back, more people would choose NOT to take the vax this time around. Between the side effects, and Fauci admitting there was no science, more than just crazy "anti-vaxxers" felt fucked over. I have experienced the side effects, and I can't get over how many of us just blindly trusted a vax that was rushed out, compared to the 10 years of testing a normal vax goes through. When they started pushing it for babies and kids, I knew this was motivated by $$.

It's funny how these side effects everyone talks about seem to affect those living in the most vaccine-skeptical areas.
