You can’t “reinstate” someone who is in another org. He’s not suspended.

Daley shouldn't be in the UFC because he's not good enough to be there.
He's just a can crusher who loses to any half decent fighter but of course he did beat Journeyman Jorge (10 years ago).

A few years back this made sense cause he was a contender and was a rare striker in a division dominated by grapplers. Why would Dana go back on a rare(stupid but rare) promise he's kept to bring in a lower ranked guy he'd have to pay a lot? Just doesn't seem to make sense.

On the merits you're right. The reason is cause he did it to one of Dana's favorites.
 
Hard pass. Daley is not worthy of consideration by legitimate orgs.

No real win streak
And far less top fights for him that he would be able to win now
If he is lucky he might float around 8-12 in rankings

Top guys will wrestle him
Stephen Thompson would outstrike him
Till will bully him on the ground then smash him on his feet

He isn't worth anything more than 80/80 if he returned to the ufc
Just no need really
 
If we're being honest, I support any fighter that sucker punches his lay n pray opponent after the bell.

Fuck those boring ass hoes. KOS actually had the standup skills to hang with him enough to keep it out of lay n pray territory, but he went the hoe route.

Why does everyone need to potentially be a top five contender in order for the UFC to sign them? As someone said earlier, let him fight the likes of Perry, Barbarena, etc.

The UFC used to have super exciting mid-level fighters who would stand and bang every fight and it was great. I wouldn't mind seeing Paul Taylor, Sam Stout, Spencer Fisher, Paul Kelly, Marcus Davis, etc. types back in the UFC.
