Got in the reps and got out today. Used very light wraps because my knees were feeling creaky today.
 
Back has been hurt since Saturday.

Walked for 20 minutes, did some back extensions and some light pressing today.

First strength session since hurting my back.

Worked up to 225x2x5 on squats and 135x5 on OHP
 
Had another training set back. My thumb looks like this right now:

Nasty gash from slipping while carving my walking stick.

Weight was 224 today though, so that is good.
 
Stitches suck, I hated having them. Heal up quickly.
