Recuring ankle injury

About 7 weeks ago i went over on my ankle playing soccer and tore the ligaments on the outside of my foot.

After 6 weeks off Muay Thai and training in general i went back into training and all was well.

BUT, on Sat night i went over the same ankle and i feel like im back to the way it was after about 2-3 weeks.

I was training last night and my ankle feels like shit.

Any suggestions, rehab, training etc as i dont want to stop lifting and training?
