Its him (though he doesn't run Krush). Think he's there because of his role as founder of Team Dragon though. They seem to have good relations with Sitsongpeenong. When Urabe Hirotaka was preparing to fight his brother and couldn't train at Team Dragon, they sent him to Sitsongpeenong for a while.
