MT/KB Japan Recent fights/results/news from Japan II

Said it's Minoru's last K-1 fight as well. Said he was still committed to martial arts but didn't really clarify much beyond that. Just seems like he wants a change of scenery so not sure if another kickboxing org came knocking, going to give Boxing a shot, or if he wants to redeem himself in RIZIN

Not that i think he can hang with the big boys, but i'd love to see him in ONE. Then again he would breathe new life into Glory's dead division.

He's probably bored now that he's facing someone he's KO'd twice before.

Was watching the last RISE event and i founded this:

WTF it was supposed to be, the thai is clearly a Tuk Tuk driver, worst matchup ever!

RISE usually take a lot of points away for guys that are barely clinching, even hometown fighters

i think Petpanomrung is going to receive some yellow cards on this day...

It's not like Petch gets better treatment from the refs when he fights in Glory though. I think everyone in and around Glory wants him to lose the belt so badly, it's no wonder he's been trying to fight Kento in Rise for almost a year now.

- It's only Kenta's 2nd pro fight so they're trying build him slowly.
- Nobody wanted to fight him
- Kenta was Tenshin's rival in karate when they were very young so they want to show him off
- They pushed a few of their prospects too fast in recent months and they either lost or drew

they could at least give him a guy that wasnt a tuk tuk driver

they wanted him to lose when RVR moved to FW,.

a lot of FW guys were moven from glory to another promotions, look the brst names we have here right now.

- Adamchuk( beat him 3x)

- Ulianov( Beaten)

-Boynazarov(beaten)

- Zouggary( KO of the year contender)

- Ezbiri( KO of the year contender)

the rest are hypejobs like Ten Pow and Vannostrand

------------------------------------------------

he is pretty much out of challenges in glory, he will reign for a looong time if the promotion start to support him as a champion who always deliver cool performances, except for the Vannostrand fight that was a mess because their styles dont match well

Honestly the best move for both Glory and Petch would be to let him go to ONE. Most of the guys in the rankings at his weight are in ONE and Glory just isn't doing anything for him. Just let Petch go and the rest of the division can fight it out, like the division above now that Sittichai and Marat have left.

im pretty sure One FC pays way better and you have more fights per year for a fighter....also de 1million dollar GP bringed a lot of attention to LW division.

Today, for a worldwide org(not counting K-1, WLF etc) ONE FC bringed a lot of LW and FW high level fighters.

With Doumbé out to MMA left a huge gap on WW, same thing to Alex pereira on MW

LW, FW and lighter weight classes were being dominated by one in terms of high level fighters, there are still some good guys at glory on MW,LHW and HW(because of rico and badr), but if you check, apart from HW, there are not even 5 good lvl fighters at MW and LHW on glory...

LHW is slowly being captured by one too if you check the lastest events that had good fighters level

BTW; Kunlun is dead and that is a shame :(
