Yes, of course Conor's gonna land some counters as RDA's coming inz but it will be too far and few in between. RDA not only pressure you like no one else can at LW, besides Khabib, but its his pressure AND his cardio that overhwelms opponents, and breaks them.
No doubt Conor lands a few good shots, but after he realizes RDA can not only take them, but also will be able to keep up his pressure for 5 full rounds is what's ultimately gonna frustrate, and do him in.
He's never faced a guy with the type of pressure RDA brings, with the type of stamina he has as well. It's gonna be a huge shock to his system, and one of those fights that turn "invincible" fighters into to mere mortals.
Bumo this thread if RDA loses. I don't care. I'm so confident that RDA is the man to break and defeat Conor.
And the best way to deal with someone that's good at attacking your body with kicks and punches is doing it to them as well. Conor's gonna fight a guy for the first time that's an elite body attacker. Watch him get winded within the first round from the hellacious switch body kick from RDA.
I know I'm using MMAth herez but a lot of people think Bendo would beat and dominate Conor, wheras RDA dominated, and finished Bendo. I honestly don't think Conor has the durability and overall feocity of Bendo at LW, and RDA actually pummeled, and finished Bendo.
It's not even the Pettis fight that I was the MOST impressed with RDA. It was the Bendo fight. Of course, the Pettis fight was an amazing achievement with the way he beat him, but finishing Bendo to me showed me that he is THE greatets LW to ever step foot in the Octagon, and showed how badly he's gonna best the crap out of Conor.
