If I had to give it a rating I'd say it's about an 8.

If you look at the bigger picture, my life is very good to be honest.

I'm blessed to be living where I am. Having all my essential needs taken care of.

Can there be an improvement? Yes, but there is a lot of people in such worst situations.

That I can't take this life for granted.

A 10 would be Tom Cruise or GOAT President Donald J Trump. Very few people reach that level of life.

As for me, all basic needs are met. Things are maintaining positively. But I could definitely do better. I feel most people can always do better. So I'll probably give myself a 7.

so many people I know died along the way that I can't say my life is great no matter what good comes my way, i just feel guilty when something good happens to me

I'd give it a 7.5. Pretty solid but would be better without injuries and some other minor shit.

No real complaints.

Injuries you say? Tell me more......
Well I've had three shoulder surgeries, right shoulder has been fucked for 4 months now... snapped a finger, broken multiple bones in training, knees aren't great, L4-L5 and L5-S1 are kind of fucked in my back. I just generally make weird crunching and cracking noises, just moving around as I've gotten older.

Decades of sports, martial arts and weights. /shrugs

I'm good, kids are good, but the wife and her family are always good for a coefficient of -3. So 6.

There's a few peptides that could clear some of that up and just make life a bit more enjoyable.....

I have a great family, truly wonderful kids starting their young adult lives. A great wife, great friends, we live a nice middle-class life within our means. The things I would complain about are small and trivial compared to others. We all have some shit we deal with so I can't bitch too much. Solid 8 here. Maybe a 7 when I am dealing with hyperinflation, or some health stuff. Again, minor complaints.

I'll say, my life has been a 4, maybe 5. I have a good number of health issues that have kept me from being able to do many activities that most take for granted. But on the positive I've done decently well financially.

Hopefully I'll eventually get my health problems squared away. I've made great progress I feel in this department last year. I have good confidence that I'll finally be well this year. Fingers crossed.
