Ranking the Star Wars Saga

Hayden Christensen was the worst actor of all time. You could have put a block of wood into the role of Annakin/Vader and it would have done a better job. There is a reason he (basically) never got work in Hollywood again after Star Wars.

I say he was the worst actor of all time, that is until this new guy (I don't even know his name) that plays Kylo Ren came along.

It's like they go out of their way to find the shittiest actors ever to play these roles.

Adam Driver?

He's a really decent actor.

1. Return Of The Jedi
2. Empire Strikes Back
3. A New Hope
4. The Phantom Menace
5. Revenge Of The Sith
6. The Force Awakens
7. Attack Of The Clones
8. The Rise Of Skywalker
9. A Kick In The Nuts
10. The Last Jedi

It must have been really cool to see Empire and not know the twist, I still think A new hope is the best. 456... after that it gets harder, they all suck in various degree after that. Haven't seen the latest one.

Empire
Return of the Jedi
New Hope
Revenge of Sith
Rise of Skywalker
Force Awakens
Phantom Menace
Last Jedi
Attack of the Clones

I thought his acting was solid. He is Canadian. He is more involved with British movies. He has been in a total of 27 movies. Mark Hamill on the other hand was terrible in all Star War movies. His voice alone should have kept him from acting.

1. Empire
2. Jedi
3. New Hope
4. Force awakens

the rest are dogshit and not worth being ranked.

Rise of Skywalker is being shat upon but it's awesome as fuck for the diehard fans and all but saved the sequel Trilogy in my opinion. It gives Rey a real story to hang your hat on and the Romeo and Juliet angle should have been the focus from the beginning but they pulled it off in the end. Ben's redemption is moving as fuck.

Haven't seen it but by bringing Palpatine back it shits on the legacy of the OT......how is that "awesome for die hard fans"?

Check out Rise of Skywalker for a decent Return of the Jedi rehash. So fun you won't stop to ask questions about the plot.
My buddy saw it and hated it. I'll see it eventually but I'm finished with Star Wars.
The recent trilogy had characters I liked and some good actors but the scattershot writing wasted all the potential.

Empire Strikes Back
A New Hope
Return of the Jedi
The Force Awakens
The Last Jedi
Revenge of the Sith
Attack of the Clones
The Phantom Menace

Haven't seen the new one. The prequels are utter trash. Anyone who ranks them above TFA must've been a kid when they came out.

Eh, I just went with it and took it on its own terms. Awesome for diehard fans because we finally get light saber fights, family drama and Luke gets to shine in a moment that gives him a real arc from The Last Jedi. Maybe I was so put off by Last Jedi any decent Star Wars would do the trick but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and watched it 5 x so far (illegally downloaded cause Disney ain't getting my money).

Yeah, literally every die hard fan of the original trilogy I've heard talk about it, hates it.

I'm a pretty big diehard. To each their own. Leia's send off was epic. I take it from the stance of I could be pissed off that they've made new films or try and enjoy what we get. Rise of Skywalker is pretty solid. It's action adventure with heart, which is all Star Wars ever was so I was satisified.

How old are you?

Most of the real hate seems to come from the 35+ age group.

I'm not sure I'll even bother watching it, tbh.

He killed his father then imagines his father forgiving him.
He gets his ass kicked constantly.
He contemplated killing his mother.
He slaughtered millions.

But he threw away his claymore type saber, even though it was functional, so now hes awesome.

Honestly....thats all it takes to come full circle?

Leias send off was not only downright disrespectful for the late carrie fisher, it also didnt make sense.

Leia literally overdoses on the force to speak to her son.

Then, she lays dead for a while, then fades. Why didnt she fade earlier? Shit, why didnt rey fade either now that were at it...

Movie was a total cluster mess.

My friend is 30 i think and hes die hard. So die hard hes got them rose colored glasses welded on. If it says star wars, he automatically loves it.

Well that's simplifying. He heard a call from Leia which distracted him allowing Rey to get the drop on him. Rather than leave him to die, she healed him. So basically being shown mercy and that someone still loved him turned him. That's how I interpreted it.
Ok, so his mom caused his death. Another obvious point i forgot, thank you.

Then rey, whom has been hunted and tortured by crylo, she ends up kissing him..

What type of romeo n juliet did you read? Cuz i remember them kids wanting to fuck from second one.

Adam Driver?

He's a really decent actor.

Yeah Driver is absolutely not the problem here. He has been trying to carry this shitshow of a trilogy on his back and honestly dragged it some the way.

Christensen... He wasn't good as Anakin, but George Lucas gets little to nothing out of his actors that they don't bring on their own. Samuel L. Jackson was almost as bad as Hayden. Hayden was good in Life as a House though.

She faded when Kylo did, showing they were connected.

By all means hate the fuck out of the movie. No one was more disgruntled by the Last Jedi than me. But when I was watching this at home my two year old girl started saying 'Rey' and imitating her force push so I was like "this is dope", a movie to bond over as the years pass and one that give Luke something cool to do so I'm satsified. I totes get the Disney hate though.
Well if youre loving it through your daughter then thats your TrueBias. ;)

I still rank Rise over tlj, only because tlj straight insulted the story. And those fuck shit morons Ruin Johnson and Cunty Kennedy lashed out at fans.

Jar Jar Abrams did what he could, but just cuz his movie wasnt insulting doesnt make it great or even good. I gave it a 5.5 and thats being generous.

And again, nothing and i mean NOTHING, is rewatchable in Rise. To think, i still have the occasional urge to watch some of the light saber battles from the dreaded prequels. I also find a scene as the most epic scene, of which belongs with the originals, and its in the allegedly hated Attack of the Clones. Its when anakin leaves padme to go find mom. The music, the background, its merely seconds long and that is better than anything the disney trilogy has to to offer.
