I'm the very few that actually liked Prometheus. I'm big on lore, so the Engineer theory intrigued me.

i like prometheus aswell. Alien 3 and Resurrection are both equal shit

Alien - 9.5/10
Alien Covenant - 9.1/10
Alien VS Predator Requiem - 8.5/10 (Only the scenes in which there's either an Alien or Predator in the scenes, otherwise its crap)
Alien VS Predator - 7.0/10 Fun movie, lots of quality ideas, but it nerfed the Predators. Needed better a better Director.
Alien Covenant - 6.5/10 Some good ideas. But way too many flaws.
Alien3 & Resurrection - Below 5/10. Both are absolute crap.

I don't get the hate for Alien 3. I give it props for creativity. It's the only movie in the franchise (excluding AvP's) to defeat the Alien by not having it sucked out into space.

I only saw Covenant once and didn’t really like it. Maybe I should watch it again. Alien resurrection had a cool idea but it was just too fucking weird. That alien hybrid thing at the end really creeps me out.

Predators are a much older species than the Engineers. Reptiles are older than mammals. The Engineers created Xenomorphs to protect themselves against Predators after most of the Engineers were wiped out in the Predator vs Engineer war. The Engineers also genetically modified themselves to be bigger and stronger to be able to fight with the giant Predators. That explains the 2 types of Engineers we seen in the movies.. The Xenomorphs proved to be inferior to the Predators and the gene editing the Engineers did to themselves did not work...

The Engineers created humans hoping the humans would eventually evolve into Engineers but the Predators ruined that plan by landing on Earth. They made the humans worship them like they were gods. The Engineer species is nearly extinct and will eventually die off..

The Predators are more technologically advanced then the Engineers. They are better fighters. They have better weaponry. A normal sized Predator is physically capable of defeating a genetically modified Engineered in hand to hand combat. The giant Predators can take on up to 7 or 8 genetically modified Engineers single handedly...



Engineers have not discovered worm hole technology so their ships are inferior as well.

There is only 1 species capable of defeating Predators in the known universe and that is the Transformers
