Rampage Jackson Appreciation Thread

one of the dumbest, most retarded, unfunny morons that appeals to the lowest common denominator in mma history

I was always fascinated at how physically strong Rampage was until he fought Jones and got thrown around the cage like a child.

The show wehre Ariel is trying to mend Rampage's relationship witch his ex, which Ariel was basically responsible for breaking up LOL, was so epic and in typical Rampage fashion weird.
Ahahahahahhaha

One of the most surreal moments in MMA

I know that was more recent, but prime MMAhour in the old studio was so refreshingly weird

Was always a fan. Coulda done without some of the schtick, but wish he took fighting more seriously. Wonder if he stayed on the right track, stayed with juanito, what could have been

The girl sounded like a really nice person too.

Even Rampage was genuinely caught off guard when they were really calling his ex. Normally Rampage is always in charge and fucking around with Ariel and that time he had really been pissed at Ariel and wasn't giving him an inch, but that all changed real quickly when he was confronted by a genuinely great gesture from Ariel and being confronted with his ex out of nowhere.

this guy has been his artem/danis for years:

thats more embarrassing than all the other obvious things to bring up

I'm definitely here for this.

Rampage is - and forever will be - my favorite fighter of all time.

Definitely one of the guy that got me to watch mma. All the respect and still one of my fav fighter.

With his trademarked devastating slams, aggressive fighting style, one punch knockout power, along with his larger than life personality, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson is one of the most charismatic fighters to ever compete in mixed martial arts.

Rampage Jackson’s legacy is that he is one of the greatest light heavyweights to ever compete in MMA, he is a fighter who every time he stepped into the ring or the octagon, he always did everything that he could to bring excitement to the fight.

Fighting accomplishments aside, Rampage Jackson is one of the most entertaining personalities MMA has ever seen. Whether you loved him or you hated him, you have to respect him.

Thoroughly enjoyed every single one of his fights, however, IMO, he was the unfunniest person in the history of MMA...not quite sure why everyone thinks he's hilarious.

Oh, and I still believe Machida beat him the time they fought.

one of my favorites

I will never forget hist interview in octagon after fight with Dan Henderson

" i prepared for everything but i never knew HE IS GONNA BEAT MY FIST WITH HIS FACE"

Thanks for posting that interview with Bas, TS. I miss both of those guys, wish Bas would do some UFC commentary. Page got me interested in MMA when he powerbombed Arona. His slams were the most entertaining part of his game, but he was a very well rounded fighter and he always fought top ranked opponents. And he was B.A. Baracus. Respect!

I still have an autographed burned DVD of new jack highlights straight from the man himself. One of my prized possessions
That dude's a maniac. I've always wanted to see him get murked inside the ring.

Rampage was one of the fighters that got me into MMA, and still is my favorite MMA fighter.
