And yet this has nothing at all to do with the post I made, which was about showing an example of how scientifically minded people can have honest, intelligent and civil discussions about fringe topics.Believing them to be real, and telling everyone that she knows they are real and anyone who denies them as real is wrong are 2 completely different things.
Also, I could invert what you've said also and turn it on the denying crowd couldn't I? I could just as easily say believing them not to be real is not proof that they're not real and it's okay to believe they're not real but it's not okay to tell people they're wrong who do believe they are real.
And also go read every single one of my posts. I've never once told people they're wrong for not believing, so you should keep that in mind also. My entire stance is that it is just fine not to believe and it is just fine to believe but what isn't in place and what isn't appropriate is mocking people who believe.
