OK but you’re responding like you’re supporting this guy saying bonkers shit in here and providing goofy videos as his evidence. Meanwhile I haven’t really seen any of the people arguing with him being scientifically incurious or however you want to put it. Just skeptical of silly claims.

BTW I was clearly talking about humans having FTL travel because that’s been the conversation. Whether or not some aliens in an infinitely vast universe have done it or not is obviously not answerable unless we have clear proof of it.

Well, the thinking is that there have been crashed ships and we have possibly retrieved faster than light travel and reverse engineered it or else we have recovered ships that we cannot reverse engineer. So many sightings where people see ridiculously fast speeds from UFOs happen around military bases and so there's been that speculation and thought. I think based on the plethora of accounts from people today and even into the distant past, it is perfectly reasonable for a person to believe we have been visited by being from other dimensions or from outer space who have technologies that far surpass our own.

And I am supporting @BearGrounds. He knows that I don't agree with all of his conclusions about things and we've discussed that, but he is always able to discuss it without mocking and so we have a really wonderful relationship on that level. I don't agree with everything he says, but he has a keen insight into scientism, the religion of scientism that is growing in the world today. His assessment of that is often quite accurate and I'm going to support it when I see it.

There is a YouTube channel that recognizes the growing polarity between the scientifically religious and those who have abandoned reason in favor of gut feelings.

This channel attracts a higher than average educated viewer base and delves into many profound and deep topics as it's a channel about theories of everything.

Cirt is highly educated and sees the need for civil non-mocking honest discourse and open minds about fringe topics. In fact, he thinks that more scientific breakthroughs today will come from the fringe rather than from the mainstream, but by that he does not mean uneducated people necessarily just that there are many highly educated people who think outside the box.

This podcast explores mathematics, quantum physics, consciousness, spirituality, UFOs, paranormal, etc. All with a genuine open mind rarely seen on sheedog from the so called scientifically-minded!!!

This podcast is a good example of an actual reasoning mind thinking well without biases and it's quite a refreshing experience and it really makes conversations like people are having sherdog seem profoundly immature and stupid and wasteful.
