Crime Ralph Yarl shooting.

More I thought you might have something to say tbh
We had a similar thread about a similar incident a while back and your feelings on the matter were quite strong
Yeah, I know what you were trying to do. Save the virtue signals for another day. You repeatedly misrepresented what I said in that thread, I'm sure you would in this one too.
Its pathetic how desperate some of you are to prove something about yourselves at others expense.

Is it true the man who shot him was an 80 year old?

Sad. I hope the kid survives. Some people in this country are truly sick in the head. A normal person doesn't shoot a teenager for knocking on their door/ringing their doorbell. That is not normal defensive behavior. This perp wanted to kill someone.
welcome to america.

My father in law just stopped a breaking and entry at his home when two kids were breaking into the back door. He kept saying “I just wish I had my gun”. I’m like dude, you’d be in jail!
your father in law sounds like a nice level-headed guy. how did he even manage to scare those two brutal thugs away with no gun? i’m told that’s not possible

terrible story. hope this kid makes a full recovery with a hefty lawsuit down the road.

Hey man you don't gotta be so defensive lol
I'm just sick of shit ass people like you. You always have to pretend to be superior and not by actually being better, just by pretending everyone is worse. What makes you someone to talk down to me? Who are you?

If you want to be a smarmy cunt, pick someone else.

This seems like a repeat of when that one Black kid in the Detroit area (military brat) got turned around on his way to school, went up to a door with the American Flag outside and got fired upon.

It's all history repeating itself because some of us refuse to heed the lessons of the past.

"Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from the mistakes of others.”

– Otto von Bismarck

Thanks NBC for confirming the perp is white and the victim is black. Wouldn't know this to be an egregious offense otherwise.

They're going to charge the guy, so at least this is moving in the right direction

Thank goodness for that.

Sometimes it looks (from the outside looking in) like some states only punish certain crimes when there's a huge amount of protest.

If that's not the case here, that's great.

Lock this fucker up.

It's still disturbing that there's so many assumptions made about what might have happened, and speculation aimed purely at rationalising an atrocity.

Yeah, looks like 'one of them', as the SherFront cucks allude to constantly.

The home owner was questioned and released following current laws that needs a victim statement before a formal arrest can be made.

What a stupid law. So just put someone into a coma and you are fine?

He should not have done that, it was the wrong thing to do

The question isn't whether it was the wrong thing to do.

The question is, do batshit crazy US gun laws mean he's hunky dory from a legal perspective?

The fact it's a question (and it is) is a disgrace to America.

Well, damn.

I knew things were bad there, but that bad?

Scary!

But you're probably right about this, tbh.

Do people still care about the Omarian Banks case?

Media will run with this case for clicks and views for a bit, this time 6months from now I doubt most will care, 1 year from now probably will be completely forgotten
