For someone that claims to be involved in law, your imagination immediately draws you towards race being the issue rather than the fact it was a child getting shot in the head for doing nothing wrong?

Man, I agree.. I am 100% for self defense especially in your own home - but these 2 cases are not even close to anything resembling self defense.

Why is it so hard to just be a normal human being? If you can't answer your door and say you have the wrong address, you don't deserve to live in our fucking society. I'm sorry. No one is asking you to be their friend or invite them inside for tea.. just talk to them before you start shooting you hillbilly fucks.

I hope it is made quite clear that this is blatant murder and not self defense in any way - and hopefully any other wacko who fantasizes about using their guns sees how it plays out.

No reasonable person would believe they were in any danger in either circumstance.. and if you are too afraid of a 16 year old to talk to them first, you shouldn't even own a fucking gun.

And if you're too old and stupid to know what's going on, also, probably disqualified from owning a gun - in the same way you'd disqualify them from driving.
 
They just charged the guy. I hope he pays the full price. I don't know if this is Murder or Criminal Negligence, but it seems like a pretty immoral act.

Just the pussies with hair triggers right, not lawless maniac terrorizing cities and the media coming up with darling name like jugging for the crimes.
On the surface this look like a very bad situation with a teenager who will have a rough road ahead of him. Hopefully he pulls though but as crime rises more "pussies" as you put it will be quicker to act. No one wants to be the victim of a crime so they will be quicker to go on the offensive. The police say there was a race motivation but gave no further details which is only going to fan the flames. I know they cannot say to much for fear of messing up a criminal case but either give specifics or leave it out of the details for know. So this guy could be an old racist piece of shit and if that is the case, throw the book at him.
