Living in Thailand traveling north - south... Petr Yan and Fiziev are 2 guys that you find often out there in Phuket.

Fiziev is actually a really tough guy IRL. I don't think people understand it lol. There's alot of Thai champions (thai thai) and other guy around that really respect the guy.

Fiziev is a legit guy. I know Gaethje beat him twice (And much respect to Justin) but Fiziev really isnt an easy guy to break down.

I can easily see him making a run. But at the same time, that's just goes to show you how difficult really it is to break into the UFC.

Fiziev and Yan (amongst others but I'll just say them 2 for now) are absolute legit studs. Like real badass guys.
 
Excited about the action, not thrilled from a booking standpoint. Hooker should frankly be closer to a shot than even Justin, for whatever that's worth in how messed up the LW standings are. Before Ilia came up and Arman lost his contender standing, Hooker was the only guy streaking with ranked wins. Dan should be looking for a way to get into the top 5, not fighting a guy who just defended being almost unranked entirely

Maybe at 145 he has a chance, love his fighting style. Dont think he can beat the top 155,s.
 
I like the matchup but Hooker usually doesn't fight below his ranking if he's on a win streak, no way he takes the fight

Surprised he did as well against Gamrot coming off the injuries for the Turner fight
His hand looks completely fucked now and he's taken a shit ton of damage
 
After Fiziev last loss there was some talk about he dropping to FW, I'm dont know if it's doable, but I'd like to see him try.
Now, at LW I think Hooker i't the better call up and matchup for him. After that, BSD.

contenders. Now it kind of doesnt move them in the division.

If Max lose to Dustin, Max x Fiziev would be a good match up too

Gaethje can cry wharever he wants, the only way to him to fight next to the belt it's injuries or he sit a real long time..
After Oliveira x Toppy, Arman should be next. But there's a chance of Islam losing to JDM and getting back to LW.
If I'm him I'm pushing for another Hooker fight, it's the winnable one for him in the TOP 5
 
Awesome fight.
I got Fiziev, who will have some trouble with the size difference.
But Hooker's defense is just lacking.
If Fiziev doesn't bring enough cardio, he will have problems in the later rounds though.

That's right Justin beat him the second time as well. The first one was an eye poke win, lets be honest but I need to re-watch the second fight again as I forget. He is really good and I assume his frame is really solid which maybe makes dropping classes really hard. I don't think people realize how much taller his last opponent was than him and how hard it must of been to avoid the heavy stuff.
