Medical science can point to significant differences between ethnicities, and as it turns out in the clinic and as a clinician your differential diagnosis changes drastically for the same S/Sx when the patient is a different race. In the same way, race cannot be overlooked for a well functioning society. It's an unfortunate part of who we are as a species, and in-group preferences (for which whites demonstrably have the least actually) are as imbedded into our psyche and neurotypical as self-interested behavior.

Asian, AAs, and Hispanics all want a very different society than the one created by white men for white people 200 years ago. No my man. We have not. Until 1965, we were 95% white, and before then Africans have been an immiscible culture within our society. In addition to the moral bankruptcy of actually taking slaves, it was one of the stupidest decisions some of our founders made.
