The WWE title feud has been crap

The Universal title feud has been boring

The IC title feud has been really boring

The U.S title feud us awful

The Raw tag team feud is boring

The womans title feuds have been not existent

Taker and Cena feud has been garbage



So ya you might get a good showing at Mania but after months of horrible feuds building up to it... doesn't that already downgrade Mania for you? Storylines and characters are essential to Pro Wrestling, not just a good match in the end.

If you have a problem with my response, then either tell me what's up or ignore it. You changing the subject is not doing anything for what's being discussed so it's you who's being the problem maker here.

I'm saying that Mania matches should have proper build ups with actual characters and that just having one night of good matches isn't going to make up for months of TV.

It's not bitching, it's the damn truth. Nobody should be satisfied because the season finale to a horrible season was good, that's not realistic.

I don't disagree with anything @LuchaBear said about Nak or the build to the WWE title match. The Royal Rumble winner going for the WWE title should be a huge deal and it's just been "meh." Going to a house show a week ago, Nak is still crazy over with the crowd, but they really haven't done dick with him since calling him up. He's an interesting guy, but they clearly have no clue what to do with him and him losing to Jinder damaged his credibility. The Rumble match itself put him over big time, but then nothing happened thereafter. Part of that, I think, is that because of the brand split, there weren't serious guys for him to run through to re-affirm his place because the SD roster is paper thin.

I still think I'll enjoy the match for what it will be (or can be, at least). I'm not as excited for it as I could be had the build been better, but I enjoy a great match, so I think I'll enjoy it. (By way of example, I watch the NXT Takeovers, but not the weekly shows, so I know little to nothing about the storylines going in, but still generally enjoy the shows.)

I also get to watch this stuff with a 6-year-old who absolutely loves it, so that adds to my enjoyment a great deal.

So yes you can definitely shit on a card that hasn't happened yet because the build up to it has been awful. Storylines and characters are essential to Pro Wrestling. Don't act like it's not all a sudden.
