Roxie made a new friend today, we went on a long walk this morning through the high school compound cause theres no school today but I guess some lady's kids musta been cutting too much class and didnt get the announcement cause she pulled up to drop them off and they were slowly driving through the parking lot looking confused that there was no one around LoL

We walk in front of them on the sidewalk and Roxie just stops halfway past them and refuses to move, she is staring at the lady and smiling at her like they're long lost BFF's

The lady starts laughing and rolls down her window to say hi and Roxie starts dragging me closer to her car and refuses to be dissuaded

The lady is talking to Roxie and saying how pretty she is while I'm pulling back on her leash hard to keep Roxie from jumping on her door and scratching up her Jeep so she gets out and starts petting Roxie and rubbing her fur

Roxie is very friendly and social but she never ever lets a stranger touch her head the first time they meet, she normally flinches back the moment they get too close and they have to work their way up to that level of familiarity, but not this lady, she just reached out and started rubbing Roxie's head and Rox was All In on it with no hesitation

We chatted for a second and then she jumped back in her car but still Roxie refused to move until they had exited the parking lot and were on their way down the road

Her name was Isabella and she was a decent looking Chicana mom with a very friendly disposition

That woulda been the perfect moment for ole Pete to make a new friend too but her two kids were right there watching us so I didnt has the grapefruits LoL

They've been doing a gimmick now that's actually a lot of fun where AEW is forcing them back together. They film vignettes of them doing team building shit where they're gradually starting to like each other again, but are still passive aggressive to each other.
