My neck has been like this for 8 years or more, it dont hold me back from shit but second dates and job interviews
The problem is the calcification that started in my neck has now grown all the way across my left shoulder and is now started traveling down my left arm which will eventually render it completely paralyzed if I dont address it
I've already decided Im not gonna get the neck surgery and have them literally saw my neck in half and snap it completely and then weld and bolt me me back together like the bumper on a '67 Ford, if thats my only option then Im just gonna live like this, but i am gonna ask if anything else can be done about my shoulder and arm
I quit lifting weights a few weeks ago when my pain level got too intense cause I was hoping it was temporary and would heal with rest but that obviously aint the case
Started back on the weights this past Monday, was doing 4 exercises(curls, pull downs, military press, butterflies) 5 sets, 20 reps each for a total of 400 reps which takes me roughly 45 minutes
On Monday I could get 60 reps of the first 3, 50 reps of butterflies before the pain got too intense again, today i was able to get a full 60 of all 4, hopefully i can slowly get back to where i was, if not we'll make some adjustments
