Nick Khan interview with Bill Simmons today was pretty funny. He said WWE is the underdog to AEW, said WWE is ready to take AEW's talent when their contracts are up, and said WWE doesn't sign and bench people like AEW does

Internet is dragging him pretty bad, cause obvious bullshit, but I think it's pretty hilarious.

The Pearl at the Palms is a great venue. I used to like when UFC would run it back in the day until Dana White got mad at the Palms for cutting him off from gambling so he quit running the venue in retaliation

Speaking of great venues, I was just about to pull the trigger on some Ice Cube floor seats when this show popped up in my notifications, seriously thinking I might divert those funds to this bad boy instead
That is one amazing lineup and this is the gorgeous old timey building that its in

When I flirted with a job offer in Vegas out of school, I used to look at condo lisintgs at the Palms. You can actually buy and live there. I used to fantasize about playing a couple hands every day when I came in from work, going to the smaller fight cards on the weekend. It was going to be perfect!

I remember nice condos in there at the time were $250-275K. Looking on Zillow now and you can get a 615 sq ft studio for $315K
