Women are more susceptible to ACL injuries. Something to do with their hips, I believe. But I also wonder if it has something to do with them being expected to work better now than in the past. Which could be why we are seeing more women with knee injuries. They are training harder to meet the standards. If they aren't already WWE may want to bring in someone who specializes in this to evaluate their training methods. Just my neckbeard 2 cents
