Condos in shitty apartment complexes in Fresno are going for close to half a million now. I was looking at Fresno shit a few months back when a few of us were roasting it in here. Shit is getting ridiculous in California.

Gentrification is getting crazy in a lot of places also. Here in Phoenix it's raising the cost of living by a lot, it's actually pretty funny the luxury condo buildings popping up in the gang infested crime areas. Phoenix has some of those massive homeless tent cities that take up several blocks and right down the street is brand new luxury condos. There's MS-13 and Sureno neighborhoods with barred up windows on all the houses, with nightly shootings, police raids finding cartel human trafficking houses, with crack motels on the corner, and right down the street is brand new luxury condos with white women in yoga pants walking their small dogs <Lmaoo>


It's definitely a sight to see.
