So apparently Jay Lethal has beef with Ric because (as he says) Lethal wanted to be part of the card and Flair nixed that.
The fact that Ric has had a falling out with all his close friends (Arn, Piper, HHH..) and basically has beef with anybody he´s in business with, makes me wonder if maybe, just maybe, Ric is the problem.

Is that recent? I just saw Ric and Lethal in the ring training for Ric's comeback within the past two weeks.

lethal was supposed to be on flair's podcast yesterday but he no showed.
then flair went on to say

"Is he gonna hear this if I say it? I don't care. He's got an attitude. He wants to be part of the show. And I said ain't gonna happen. You know, that happens all of a sudden everybody's feelings are hurt. You know, this is what we talked about, what we discussed, some people's feelings are gonna be hurt," Flair began.

After Thompson said he thinks the world of Lethal, Ric added: "I do too. I'm not saying anything bad. It's just, I don't have the authority or, even though I am the co-owner I guess, co-owner of this venture, I don't have the authority to put him on the card...So I think he's upset about that, but he'll get over it. I don't, there's not been a falling out. I just, you know, I just told him like it is. I don't have the ability. I don't. I suppose I have the influence to make something happen, but from what I understand he doesn't fit on the card. I'm sorry. It's not a falling out on my part, I promise."

Co-owner can’t put a good younger wrestler on the card. FFS real wrestlers had enough pull to get their worthless jobber friends hired for 250k contracts and this old bastard can’t help Lethal get on a card he can’t improve.

Antagonizing a close friend to no showing a podcast and then doing a hit on Lethal is some Ric Flair level bullshit. I don’t think Hogan would do that in 2022. Maybe before 2010 but now?

Flair has drunk all his friends.

To be honest, most of these old timers are grumpy and real sensitive dudes that can get butthurt at the tiniest little thing, but if it got to a point that even HHH said I´m done with him for good, then he must be a real pain in the ass to deal with.

Lol what the heck, that's the last thing I ever expected to happen
Maybe I should go on tour there and become a huge superstar like David Hasselhoff

Pro Wrestling merch is worth a lot of money. T shirts, ticket stubs, or anything you have from early 90s or 80s WWF PPVs are worth thousands of dollars.

With that in mind I have began buying stuff on WWE shop with the hope that I will be able to turn a profit in several years. I bought the wrestlemania 38 pin set for about 150$ after shipping and it has a pin for all 38 wrestlemania and already single pins are selling for 20 to 40$.

I also got the steve Austin wrestlemania 38 plaque with a piece of the ring canvas from the show on it. Paid 65 bucks and hope it will double in value over the next few years.

Just yesterday I bought the Cody Rhodes hell in a cell plaque with a piece of ring canvas in it. I figured it's the first 5 star match in like a decade so anything involving that match should age well.
