Putting together a BBQ is hard AF

i know wut u mean. i bought 15 dollar grill from walmart. threw the instructions away and put it together my way. grills a mean steak.

My record is bbqing for over 100 people 3 days in a row. That was exhausting.

It was for work, I was organizing the security for a large outdoor music festival. Had to keep my goon squad fed.
 
I have an nice propane grill, it even has blue accent lighting. Moved into a new house and the guy left his old weber charcoal grill and one day i was like why not, fired up to coal and cooked some steaks. The difference was night and day, havent touched the propane in months, im coal converted.

I'm a ways off from that though. Trying to earn capital right now but I plan to travel through the south and work with pit masters of various sorts to really hone it in. I've been thinking about going to Argentina too to learn to asado.

Yeah, it will be a long road to get there though. Now I'm working towards a car that I can uber/live out of and move to NYC and just work 80+ hours a week for a year or two or until I have the capital.

I went to war with this son of a bitch in my garage for a week - instructions were like cazy Star Trek schematics - losing screws in my crushed rock floor- wind blowing instructions all over

No ignition button :( Have to throw flaming paper towel into the grill from a distance to light it

also the propane tank holder is like flimsy wire it's bullshit

bbqs are awesome tho - excited to make my own hotdogs!
