Well, if you are in Russia, you might get warranted minimum wage limit 13890 roubles(!) per month!!!
Compare this with salaries in Canada and US or even...Poland for unskilled cleaners...
1 USD might be 70-80-100-140 roubles this will not change reality.

Russia now does have very huge problems with wild fires in Siberia...and simple communication problems in cities not called Moscow or St Pete.
It is very painful to see russia in such condition while they might be with living standards like Germany had before covid......
+ rich ppl with 100-650 mil USD worth yachts.
While usually salary junior software engineer with 5 years degree done as fulltime student in Russia is below 1000 USD per month. With really good english not faked CV here...
Until he will get experience. It is what this is here....
Not to talk that some from them are earning lesser than plumber in Moscow until they will get real + nice looking CV with experience.....

If Putin had ruled Canada, in 2021 th Canada had GDP per inhabitant lesser than 12000 dollars in 1 year...
