I have been looking at some of the strength training equipment on elitefts.com I went through and put into a cart all the things I would like to buy (Wish list at the moment), the total came to just over $20,000. I am sure most of you guys would spend just as much if not more.
But on a serious note I am looking to buy a prowler or have one made up here is a link http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?cid=305&m=PD&pid=1006
Here is footage from Joe DeFranco showing how the prowler is used.

Have any of you had any experience using a prowler? I would also attach a hook or clip point so that the prowler could be dragged or pulled. The Prowler was one of the things that Joe Defranco recommended that I add into my program. It was his suggestion that I buy one or have one made up.
Obviously all of these strength training drills are pointless for mma if you are not also doing the mma specific training as well. But as an assistance drill I like the variety, challenge and funtional strength carryover of the various strength and conditioning drills like Litvinov Sprints, Tyre flips, Chain Yoke Carries, etc.
