Nice selection bias. Conor is now in "a weight class fighting dudes his own size". The guy he is fighting has missed weight several times and fought his entire career outside of the UFC (including sambo) at 170. But I forget the only one that cuts weight on sherdog is Conor...

OT: Khabib fans underestimate Conor, and don't appreciate the fact he is an elite fighter. The guy beat Mendes, Aldo and Alvarez for fucks sake. He's a good fighter, whether you like it or not.

On the other side, Conor fans act like Khabib can't strike and will get KO'd easily.

This is an intesting fight, and while I would predict Khabib will win it, counting out a guy like Conor is just silly. This is a 60-40 fight at best.

I am in shock that so many pro’s do not know what they are on about.
 
I believe someone like Khabib gets easier to fight once you face him more than once but a misstep means you are getting mauled again. I will be honest and say Khabib doesn't really improve his skill set although he is very good at what he does. It might be his camp but you can sort of see in their fighters where they are all very good and tough but the game plan isn't highly refined. It might be due to the head coach being a kickboxer and unable to offer technical coaching in other facets of the game.
Mcgregor has shown he gameplans for a fight. His team obviously watches tape and set has a strict gameplan but I feel he doesn't necessarily train with the best folks.
 
Haters...Conor is real champ, and Khabib is paper champ.
