I mean, he’s literally campaigning on many of the same policy points (like making it possible to fire tens of thousands of federal employees); a key Project 2025 proposal is reinstating Trump’s own Executive Order called Schedule F; Trump’s former director of the Office of Management and Budget, Russ Vought, wrote one of the project's chapters; Stephen Miller, a former Trump administration official (and known white nationalist) is on Project 2025's advisory board….
And when Trump was president he adopted more than 2/3 of the Heritage Foundation’s policy proposals (according to the Heritage Foundation themselves), but I guess this Project 2025 business must be one of the ones he’s not interested in, despite alllll those commonalities I listed.
Right.
He has also bragged about his approval from the Heritage Foundation all over Twitter. Their praise is meaningful to him.
